Installation Error

I purchased the Gear DVD software but when I tried to install my computer came up with an error message. I am using a Dell pentium 4.
Can you help me complete my installation?

Randy:

The error said something about system cannot operate or support dos and windows. I am running windows XP.

Bill,

Download the file again and compare the size with the one from the FTP server. The GEAR DVD file is 19401 KB. It sounds like your file is incomplete or corrupted.

Randy:

I have had no luck with the installation. The file I received was larger than what you specified but I cannot get access for another copy without going thru registration and using a card number again. I have already paid for something that is absolutely useless and unless I get satisfaction I intend to file a complaint to stop payment with my creditor.
