Hi,

Is it possible to append UDF data of Version 2.00/2.01 to CD/DVD that are burnt using Variable packet writing?

Please help me regarding this?

Thank You.

Hello,

I will try and test this if I get some time today and see if I have some more information on it for you. Smile

Hello,

I have found that GEAR creates and produces a variable packet writing disk fine, but if you leave it open and try to append to it later it is prone to error... Embarassed

Hmm, possible bug... Shocked

You will have to make use of Fixed packet writing on Rewrittable DVD media for the time being as the append to FPW command under the file menu works like a charm.... Very Happy

Sorry I don't have good news on the variable packet front, if you are not a trial user, please e-mail your information such as Serial number and first and last name, etc to me at adaniel@gearsoftware.com so I can enter it into a HEAT ticket concerning your problem specifically. Cool
