Gear driver and DVD media change

I bought your driver v. 2.0.3.14 as a part of Zoner Photo Studio 7 from Zoner Software, s. r. o. When I installed your driver on my PC, then a problem with a media change recognition started. I have WXP with SP2, NEC DVD ROM DV5800 and LiteON CD-RW. When I insert first DVD in my DV5800, then the medium is recognised correctly. When I change medium, then WXP shall recognise this change and "see" the new medium. But it isn't true. WXP "sees" the old one. I must take out a medium, close a drive and refresh a drive content. When I get an error Empty drive, then I must insert a new DVD, refresh and after that I am able to work with the new DVD. It is very bad behavior. When I uninstalled Gear driver, then WXP works correctly and recognises medium change without problems. I asked a help from Zoner Software, but they were not able to help me. Therefore I ask you, please, help me, your (indirect) user.
