I finanly reformated hard drive.
The driver gearaspiwdm.sys would cause
blue screen of death every time i did anything with the cd drive. I have no ideal where the driver came from unless it was from pinancle deluxe usb tv. That is the only program that is not on my laptop too. Both of my computers have the same stuff installed. |

Now you should be able to do a search on the Knowledgebase for gearsec and update the driver. If you still have a problem, you can contact Symantec for more help. |
