|
|
|
I've created a Mix-Mode CD using GPME 7.0 and have a question about the placement of the ISO track as "Track 1".
I have tested this master in several Audio CD players and all of them registered the ISO track as Track 1 and assign it a "Track Time" even though there is no Red Book audio in Track 1. In order to access the Red Book Audio tracks you have to skip to Track 2.
Is this symptomatic of a Mix-Mode format? I have it in my mind that there is an "Enhanced" format that places the ISO data at the end of the Red Book Audio tracks thus eliminating this problem. Does an "Enhanced" format exist?
Any assistance would be appreciated.

clambrun,
I'm sorry for the delay, but GEAR's office was in the path of hurricane Wilma. I will post a solution later today, thank you for your patience. |

clambrun,
You can create a CD with data and audio by following these steps:
1. Create an CD-Audio project with the 'Close disc as multisession' option checked (Recorders --> Settings --> CD Settings)
2. Drag the audio tracks you would like into the project window and burn the disc.
3. Uncheck the 'Close disc as multisession' and select the 'Append session...' option from the File menu.
4. Add the data content you would like and burn the disc.
Finished. |
