Internal Errors 2503 & 2502

Hi:

I just purchased your product and I'm tring to install the copy that I
downloaded at the time that I brought your software.
I getting the above error messages when I'm install the purchased copy
over the demo copy.
As a result it will not install and the demo is about to run out of time.
Can someone suggest a solution to this problem.

Oly,
The demo is the same as the purchased copy. In either case, you need to get an authorization key from us. Just click "manually register this software" when you start GEAR, and e-mail the registration codes to license@gearsoftware.com.

We'll get you taken care of ASAP.
